Pottery Care
I make my pottery to last a lifetime, so don't be afraid to use your new ceramic piece in fear of breaking it. Each piece is made out of durable stoneware clay rather than a more delicate clay, such as porcelain, because I believe pottery is meant to be loved and used every day.
Everything is sealed with a lead-free food safe glaze and all are microwave safe. I recommend lovingly hand-washing your new piece. It will ultimately be fine in a dishwasher, but it may affect its overall longevity.
For coffee and tea stains, sprinkle some baking soda onto the bottom of your stained mug and add just enough water to form a paste. Scrub, then simply rinse and wash the way you usually would.
